Professional Experience

Geoff has 30 years of experience in human resources administration, management, talent development, executive coaching, consultation, critical problem solving, planning and team development meeting facilitation, across many industries. 

Following internal corporate roles as HR Generalist, Management Training Director and Learning & Development Director for companies such as SCM Corporation, MasterCard International and Chemtura Inc., he established Remarkable Managers LLC, providing management development and human resources advisory and training services for many large corporations and mid-sized companies throughout the country, including The Manhattan Building Company, prior to his joining us full time. 

Geoff has served as Vice-President of the Westchester County NY-Fairfield County CT chapter of the American Society for Talent Development, adjunct Management Development instructor at PACE University, and lead instructor for Pfizer’s International Leadership Education Center for 12 years. He holds many professional and graduate certifications in psychology, human resources management, organization and talent development, individual and team assessments, executive coaching and meeting facilitation. 

Geoff works closely with our managers and leadership team for recruitment and training with the intent of ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures and federal employer requirements.
