Professional Experience: 

Josh a graduate of Syracuse University in 2013 and is the director of our marketing, sales and leasing team. He is consistently the top producer for leasing and sales ever since joining us. Josh works closely with our Property Manager, co-manages other leasing associates, while also working with our Special Projects carpentry team, and planning memorable events for our residents. 

Josh’s knowledge of the Hudson County residential marketplace, his close relationships with the brokerage community, and his eye for design has expanded his role as a collaborator with our in-house company Urban Architecture on design elements like floor plans, layouts, finishes and fixtures. Josh works with our Owner along with our architecture team. He uses frequent market analysis, applied to optimal apartment size mixes, layouts along with pricing, and leading edge applications for our amenities and commercial / retail spaces.

In addition to his marketing and leasing management responsibilities, Josh also played a key role in driving the value of our most recent 377 apartment home project in preparation for a highly successful sale.
