Professional Experience: 

Robert graduated from Boston University in 1990 and is a key member of The Manhattan Building Company executive team, bringing more than 20 years of condominium and apartment residential / mixed use project development and management, and financial management for all phases of project development and construction. He generates and manages the firm’s development, construction budgets and reporting, and on an institutional level, liaises with financial firms including Fidelity, Key Bank, AEW / United Technologies / IBM. 

Robert has successfully managed in excess of over a billion dollars. He was the co-founder of City Homes and Gardens, our property management company, and his responsibilities include but are not limited to staffing, accounting, reporting, leasing and management of newly constructed and managed communities. In the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, Robert was the key leadership force for the company’s temporary offices and operations, and for every City Homes and Gardens community, guiding emergency maintenance crews, resident communication, equipment and records recovery, liaising with first responders, municipal authorities, financial institutions, insurance companies, and the press.
