Professional Experience:
Ron Russell graduated from The Pratt Institute in 1986 and has 30+ years of experience, the largest portion in Jersey City, NJ, in adaptive re-use, renovation and the design of new, residential / mixed use, high rise projects in urban areas, from concept to completion. Ron’s varied experience and dedication to developing the best outcome for each site has resulted in the completion of many small and large scale residential and mixed use projects which include: site and facility studies, master planning, creation of redevelopment plans, and site plan approvals throughout New Jersey.
In the last 36 months Ron has completed 4 residential high-rise buildings in the local area. He has worked at length with non-profit, institutional, government and private organizations. His extensive knowledge of the latest editions of New Jersey Construction Codes, building construction and professional relationships with Jersey City and Hoboken municipal leaders are great assets in getting projects approved and constructed in a timely and efficient manner.
Ron has served on the JC Historic Preservation Commission and has provided expertise to Mustard Seed & Stevens Co-op boards & building committees. As a life-long resident of Jersey City, he is an active and involved volunteer and participant in various neighborhood and community groups.
